This acrylic painting is of my POV floating and looking down into the waters of a cave pool in Mexico. The sunlight was coming through a hole in the ceiling a hundred feet up behind me and shining down to the bottom and it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. I wished I could have taken a photo, but the best I could do was try and remember and recreate what I saw. I was in the shallow part of a hundred foot deep black abyss of water.
