Made of Wax
by Diane Hoffman
$100
A woman built up of layers of wax melting when the candle is lit. Acrylic on 11x14" wood panel. Painted back in 2022 after getting back from a trip in Chicago. It was after that trip I decided to leave New York, where I was living at the time. At the time I felt like I was losing everything I worked for over the past few years. This was my interpretation of how I was feeling.
