Safety Is My Middle Name

In this work, the glass of the image is no longer transfixed, it goes beyond the edge of the wire frame, exploding from the center. This work was inspired by the singular piece of glass in the center flame. Built around it, the match, the fuse, the dynamite transforms broken glass into frozen fire - a moment in time before chaos. Made with glass, caming, zinc solder.
