Forest of Dreams
by Beth Vottero
$450
This piece was created using acrylics, gouache, and oil pastels on canvas. The painting represents a lake surrounded by a forest with wildflowers growing along the edge of the water. It's playful because as children, we don't see the specifics. As adults, we remember the imagery such as the colors of flowers, the playful way we felt, the coolness of the water on a hot summer day, and the happiness of unscheduled time.
