This was the original drawing I did as a response to being "accepted" at a gallery. The caveat was the imagery could have "no bones or breasts" in it. For whatever strange reason I was unable to break out of that mode at the time. This story is part of the nostalgia behind my art making history in not wanting to change the direction I was exploring at that time. For whatever reason I stuck with my muse and inspiration. Now I also enjoy doing commissions by joining the vision quest of a patron. For me, that is an entirely different process of exploration focusing on joining someone else's personal symbols, and someone else's unique vision. .
