Spectral Guidance 9"x12" charcoal and white conte on grey tone paper, in a silver frame. --- I have my own interpretation of this piece, but I prefer to keep my own thoughts to myself at first. I prefer keep the meaning ambiguous, so that the viewer can imbue it with their own thoughts and experiences. This started using a real face as reference, and then became an automatic drawing as I added organic textures.
