Down where blues become beliefs, And turquoise traces phantom limbs, He learned to breathe in negative space, Between seafoam memories and salt. Each white island floating up Like air bubbles of forgotten thoughts, While emerald borders guard the edges Of underwater territories unmapped. Black dots trail like fish schools Through layers of liquid light— Time moves differently here, Where seconds float instead of fall.
