Oils on canvas "One day Persephone, was playing joyfully, picking flowers. Among these blooms was a radiant narcissus, crafted by Rhea to entice the young goddess. The flower’s beauty captivated Persephone, and as she reached for it, the earth opened beneath her. Hades, the god of the underworld, emerged with his golden chariot and abducted her. Despite Persephone’s cries, only Hecate and the Sun heard her, while her father, Zeus, was far away."
