Medium: Collage Mixed Media, eco -dyed left to right: Euclyptus, Onion Skin, Rose of Sharon on Paper. Usually my paintings are full of color! This painting is in black, off-white and gold papers. It’s modeled after my studio which overlooks my garden with a big bay window. With this limited palette, I played with form …. note the table legs, bottle and vases. I played with the shapes of the plants and flowers while pushing and pulling pieces back and forth through shading.
