My former partner of 20 years and co-parent to our 4 children passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Having to navigate my own grief as well as comfort our childrens grief was one of the hardest things I hope I ever have to do. Grief is the last act of love we have to give the ones we loved. Where there is deep grief and sorrow, there is an even deeper love.
