Dandelion Weed
by Anna Nardulli
$300
This oil on canvas painting is of a dandelion weed, pulled out by the roots. Dandelions are the bountiful, often misunderstood weed that grows everywhere where plants are able to grow in Chicago. A delicious sauteed green, a flower crown, or a frequent stop for pollinators of all kinds, the dandelion has so much going for it that is undervalued.
