Oil on canvas, 2024 This is a series of paintings exploring the innate need to continue progressing as a person. The need to progress is instinctual, in human behavior and the natural world. All forms of life are, whether consciously or not, in some way, pressing on toward their destination. These paintings are about making the choice to advance rather than stagnate. To seek or make fresh opportunities where we are with what we have.
