Greater Than the Sum
October 24, 2026 – February 7, 2027
John Michael Kohler Arts Center (JMKAC), 608 New York Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081, USA
This group exhibition brings together five artists—Carolina Caycedo, Arthur Simms, Judith Scott, Kea Tawana, and Lenore Tawney—whose work spans sculpture, fiber, and found-object assemblage. Each artist transforms gathered or discarded materials into works that reveal the cultural, environmental, and spiritual connections embedded in things. It's a rich look at how reuse and collection can build meaning far beyond any single object.
